UK Delivery Information

Royal Mail 1st Class FREE to UK Mainland Addresses
1-3 day priority service with 98% of all packages delivered the next day.
Delivery Monday to Saturday.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability and security checks.

You are welcome to choose a different delivery address from the invoice address, for example if you require the order to be shipped to your work address.

We always obtain a certificate of posting for each order shipped.

Worldwide Delivery

Orders are sent by airmail which usually arrive within 5-10 working days of being posted but can take longer depending on the postal service and Customs, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Airmail Europe £3.50

Airmail International (non Europe) £4.00

You can choose a different delivery address from the invoice address, for example if you require the order to be shipped to your work address.

Pierce of Art will not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by a third party. The law states that delivery must be within 30 days.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, each item passes through quality control before dispatch.

All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.
All returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order.

IN THE INTERESTS OF HYGIENE WE ONLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF GOODS WHICH ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION FROM PIERCE OF ART, AS FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR RETURN BEING REFUSED.
